Collectd offers Australia-wide shipping on all orders.

All orders are shipped via Australia Post, with available shipping methods determined by order weight, value, and item type.

Shipping Methods:

  • Australia Post Domestic Regular Letter with Tracking
    For single card orders only.

  • Australia Post Standard Shipping
    Recommended for multiple card singles, slabs, and accessories for orders under $200.

  • Australia Post Standard Shipping + Signature
    Recommended for higher-value items, slabs, and sealed booster boxes to reduce the risk of loss, theft, or damage during transit.

We offer free standard shipping on orders over $75. All free shipping options include tracking for your peace of mind.

Free standard shipping may be sent using one of the following methods at our discretion, depending on the item(s) purchased:

  • Australia Post Domestic Regular Letter with Tracking
    Ideal for single card orders.

  • Australia Post Standard Shipping
    Recommended for multiple card singles, slabs, and accessories.

The shipping method will be selected to ensure your order is delivered safely and efficiently.

All orders are carefully packaged with protective layers, including bubble wrap, rigid mailers, and protective cases where appropriate, to ensure your collectibles arrive safely and, in the condition, shown in product photographs.

We take extra care with graded cards, PSA slabs, and high-value items, because we know that condition and presentation are crucial for collectors.

 

Shipping Notice for Graded Cards

When purchasing graded PSA cards, you must select the box shipping method at checkout to ensure adequate protection during transit. The letter shipping option is suitable for ungraded single cards only and is not appropriate for graded items.

If the letter shipping option is selected at checkout, you acknowledge and agree that your order will be shipped using that method. To the extent permitted under the Australian Consumer Law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from the selection of an unsuitable shipping method where this notice has been provided.

This notice does not exclude or limit any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.
