Refund policy
Collectd does not offer refunds or returns for change of mind.
Refunds or exchanges will only be provided where required under Australian Consumer Law, including where an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
The condition of booster boxes, PSA slabs, and other collectibles is clearly shown in the product photographs and forms part of the item description. Any wear, marks, or imperfections visible in the photographs are considered disclosed and will not be treated as defects or damage.
All return and refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order and are subject to approval.

If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Customers are responsible for any applicable return shipping costs unless the item is confirmed to be defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.

Refunds
We will notify you once we have reviewed your return request and let you know whether a refund has been approved.
If approved, refunds will be processed back to your original payment method once the returned item has been received and inspected. Please allow time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
